Ceramitech Graphene’s self-healing properties are activated best with hot near-boiling water or direct heat. This will remove light swirls and wash marring from the coating.

Usage Guide
Application Instructions
- Ceramitech Graphene is to be applied indoors, in a dust-free environment.
- Thoroughly clean and dry all painted surfaces.
- De-contaminate all painted/glass surfaces.
- Machine polish enhances the painted surfaces then clean again using an IPA-type paint cleaner.
- Load the applicator with Ceramitech Graphene and wipe it onto the surface evenly. DO NOT overload the applicator.
- Work on small sections at a time. (Recommended, no more than a 12-inch area).
- DO NOT crisscross as the coating will self-level.
- Remove residue immediately.
- Buff with separate thick pile cloth.
- Allow curing for a minimum of 8hrs.
- After 72hrs the coating will be fully cured.
Errors
- Any errors or mistakes must be rectified immediately.
- DO NOT apply more Ceramitech Graphene to the affected area.
- Lightly machine until the error is rectified then re-apply.
Curing
- Ceramitech Graphene can be cured at room temp.
- After 2hrs it will be tack-free and 72hrs will be fully functional.
- To speed up curing the use of infrared lamps will be beneficial at 60-80 degrees.
- DO NOT expose the coating to water or the elements for a minimum of 8 hrs.
Extra Info
Consumption
- 50ml, 2 medium-sized cars paint only or 1 double coat.
Process temp
- 5-25°C. Avoiding direct sunlight and rain.
Additional Coats
- Increase thickness by re-coating no more than every 15mins.
- This will increase scratch resistance.
